Song’s meaning: This song is about a “cougar”, you know, one of those old ladies that are way into younger men, and well- this cougar is more or less taking advantace of her boy toy, and he says one day, hell be 23 and shell see just how clever he can be. He’s been thrown into so much more serious buisness than he should be in.
